About highland services
Highland Services was established in 2020. Owned and operated by Carl Pietila, the company is founded on hard work and determination to find the best solutions to every project they take on.
Throughout his early working years, Carl and his team owned and operated a pool-installation business where they learned the ins and outs of construction and machinery operation.
After working in the engineering industry post-graduation from Michigan Technological University, he transitioned back to construction and started his own company in Livingston County, Michigan. Since then, they have been tackling an array of excavation and retaining wall projects to area residents and developers who value the hard work and valuable solutions Highland Services provides.
