This intricate property with a custom home in Ann Arbor, Michigan needed a solution to fit the septic system and driveway. Our client desired to build a custom home, but was unable, due to the steep grade of the property. To address the grade and create a stable foundation for the building, we built a RediRock retaining wall and excavated the site, creating a usable piece of property. The new wall maximized the potential of the site, allowing them to move forward with the home construction while providing the necessary structural support the property needed. 

This homeowner in Hartland, Michigan was looking for a patio system on their new home that looked great, lasted forever and could be powerwashed for simple cleanup. We created a Redi-Rock Ledgestone wall and staircase, topped with a beautiful stamped concrete patio. This unique custom project solved their need and provides the outdoor living space they were looking for.

A multi-level block retaining wall and stairway system made a tight backyard space completely usable for this family's inground pool area. The system boasts added fuctionality with a built-in bench seat along the pool and a set of stairs to access from the yard above.

This home in a tight residential neighborhood had roughly 1000 SqFt of brick and block retaining wall that was failing and ready to collapse any day. We needed to fit a replacement retaining wall system in a small footprint but also design it to be strong enough to retain 9 vertical feet of soil plus the neighboring home.

By thoroughly excavating the site to clear it of brush and debris encroaching on the wall, we were able to establish a level and stable surface to build a better, stronger retaining wall system. The new retaining wall will maintain the structure of the homeowners property, as well as the neighbors.
